By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. All products are sold for personal or commercial vehicle use in accordance with the usage instructions on the label.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.

3. Product Usage
Atomax must be used as directed on the packaging. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. Store away from heat and open flame. Performance improvements vary by vehicle age, condition and driving style; figures quoted (e.g. mileage gains) are maximums observed in testing, not guarantees for every vehicle.

4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from misuse of the product.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the company's registered place of business.
