Damaged, Leaking or Wrong Items
Report damaged, leaking or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. Since Atomax is a consumable automotive chemical, opened or used bottles cannot be returned.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, the amount may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect in your account.
